I really like the vest but their size chart isn't close to being right. I normally wear a XXL and went a size up but needed to go up two sizes. I wear a 50L sportcoat and have a 42 waist.

For those on a budget expect old school quality at a price point that will not leave you dining on ramen for a week.

Looks great, if you're a normal size guy in the US the sizing is probably good. If you're in shape unlike most of the population it runs big.

I wanted a menswear vest to wear this summer with jeans. This is a great fit - I purchased a small and I am a size 8 36D. After washing three times it is perfect !!

I ordered this because I didn't want to wear a suit jacket, but wanted to look nice. I am also tall 6'4, and most of my ties are regular sized, so I need to go with a half windsor knot if I want the tie to reach my belt. I was able to wear this and have a Full Windsor knot and cover the fact that my tie didn't reach my belt. I am glad I read the reviews and ordered a size up 3XL. I am currently between an XL and XXL (closer to XXL), If I ordered an XXL, I think it would've been too snug and uncomfortable.

For those who identify as masc and looking for a nice vest for a wedding or some special events, it’s a good fit and great quality. I’m chubby and have triple D-cups and got this in a 3XL and it fits like a dream for me. I’m thinking of getting one in black!

I bought this to be a contrasting color vest to my two-piece charcoal glen plaid suit that has a single red-maroon thread at the end of each section in the plaid. I wore this for my son's wedding, where both my sons (the groom and the best man) and the groomsmen wore a slightly lighter but similar glen plaid in three piece suits. And it looked stunning under the jacket and over a nice white shirt and maroon tie. I am a big guy who usually wears a 50-52 chest jacket or vest so I ordered the 2xL size as per the fit chart. The 2xL I recieved was way too tight, so I re-ordered the 3xL which was a better fit but still a bit snug about the mid section, especially when I sit down. A second (? third) look at the description shows that it is a "trim" fit, which would explain the midsection issues, as I am anything but trim.It is well made in mod-weight cotton poly fabric with just enough weight to it to keep its shape without starch or developing excessive creases as the day wore on into the night. The slightly darker than fire-engine red background has a subtle greyish windowpane check about 1/2-3/4 inch in size. This could look good in both dress and relaxed dress situations as well as in fairly casual dress with jeans and an open collar shirt in contrasting color.

Vests make pants or a 2piece suit a signature statement. TRY IT!! My hubby ALWAYS gets told how dapper he looks!! Simple vest, FASHION PLUS!!! Normally he wears a 3x, I sized up and it fits appropriately.

This is a nice vest. The material wears like upscale wool, and it is well made. The metal fit adjuster on the back is of good quality--not tinny or cheap, but robust. Note: It is made of heavy wool-like material, but there is no label or indication of it being 100% wool or a natural wool blend. Due to the thickness of the material, I think it is more suited for Fall, Winter and Spring wear; however, I would not recommend for Summer. I am very happy with this purchase and recommend the vest and vendor.

It seemed like a correct fit but if you have a bit of a belly like I do, you're gonna want to UP a size. I'm sending this Large back and ordering an XL. I'm 5'10 200lbs for reference. Sorry no photo. 4 stars for price and look. I'll review again when I get the XL. *UPDATE : The XL came and fits great! I was worried the shoulder area would too much difference but it was just right and, I can button up without feeling too snug. One size up made a huge difference and I'm excited to wear it to my friend's wedding.

Great piece. Seems quality and looks nice. For sizing, I knew that large would be almost tight but I wanted a fitted look. My chest is about 46, which is the maximum large. It is snug but not so tight that it makes my belly bulge. It's a bit wrinkled because of being folded when packed, so you may need to address that before wearing

I bought a black vest but due to a small problem in the production; everything is no problem, great, the vest looks great.

This is a beautiful vest, The fit was so slimming and it made my son look very dashing. We picked up a tie from a local store and it matched perfectly. We would order again.

Looks great and is very comfortable to wear. Since I have a more feminine figure, I had to pin it in the back for the video/photos so it would look right (a little wide in some places), but that's not the vest's fault. I will say that the straps to hold/tighten it in place pull away from the seams easily. I can sew though and just pinned it temporarily for these photos, so it's not a problem for me personally.
